Hidden Anime

Originally, the weekly recommendations were only meant to share my top 10 favorite anime series. However, from the poll results it appears they have been far more successful than I ever anticipated. To keep up with popular demand, my weekly anime recommendations will be coming back. But be forewarned, since these series are not in my top 10 I cannot say they are the absolute best, but they will definitely have been a fun watch for me.

So without further ado, I present weekly anime recommendation #11. A recently ended series (or rather, recently finished subbing) that was once on our featured videos list. If you have been around that long, then you might know that I’m talking about One Outs.

     You might see the picture about One Outs and say “Oh wow, great, a baseball anime /endsarcasm” but it is not. Oh of course there is throwing a baseball around and baseball teams playing against each other, but it is so much more than that. The mind tricks that the protagonist plays against each opponent is mind-blowing, with many moments that just make you say “OMGWTFHAX!!1!1!”

     And even if you don’t enjoy that kind of psychological warfare, just watch it for stupid sexy Toua (also see Gar).
